New Low Calorie-Low Sugar, High Protein Ice Cream: Halo TOP
New foods on 800 calorie HCG diet also include ice creams like Halo Top. Halo top uses use organic stevia. Stevia is a plant native to Paraguay that’s been used to sweeten foods and beverages for more than 200 years. And, because it’s so tasty, it is used to replace the sugar replacement. To further remove the carbs, Halo Top uses Erythritol, another all-natural sweetener found in fruits like pears and grapes. Though it’s technically a sugar alcohol, it’s unlike the others because erythritol doesn’t affect blood glucose or cause bloating or lose bowels. To keep the carbs low enough, seek Halo Top Pints that are 280 calories of less (like the chocolate, strawberry et) with portions that will be no more than 4 grams/portion. Halo top is avaiable at all Whole Food Stores and most of your local grocery markets. Read about the Halo iscream story.
I have taken hcg in the past and have had success. However I developed severe kidney stones that needed surgery to get rid of. I’ve read that hcg can contribute so I’m dearly afraid to try again. In addition one of the harder parts was finding products -skin and hair- that didn’t contain oil. Is this still the issue with the new hcg diet? Thx for your help!
