I have been diabetic for more than 20 years. You would not believe the number of diets I have started and stopped. I am a chronic dieter and have gained at least 500 lbs in my life—the same 25 lbs from 175 to 200lbs at least 20 times. With my 4th child I had gained more than 60 lbs and felt hopeless. I had tried every diet you can imagine. My kids were driving me crazy and I was hungry day and night. I had about 30 lbs to loose before my son’s wedding and was afraid I would be sunk around the holidays. I can’t believe it, I actually lost 35 lbs between Halloween and New Years!
